Robin Gayle
Robin Gayle Wright was born to Gayle
(Gaston) she was the national Director of Mary Kay and Freddie Wright. She grew
up in San Diego, California. At the age of 14, she began her professional life
in modeling. She was a model in Paris as well as Japan. When she finished high
school, she made the decision to become an actor. She was given a role on Santa
Barbara's soap opera (1984), and she was nominated for three daytime Emmy
Awards. Dane Witherspoon was her fellow cast member, and she got married to Dane
in 1986. She was the princess bride (1987) in the role of the title. After
being let go of the cast of Santa Barbara, she got the role of the lead in
Denial (1990) with Jason Patric. She was also in State of Grace (1990) in the
year she met Sean Penn. They had daughters Dylan Frances and a son Hopper Jack.
After taking some time off, Robin was back to Hollywood and landed one of her
most memorable role of her career: She was Tara in The Playboys (1992). She was
an amazing actress , and a phenomenal performer. She was next seen in Toys
(1992) together with Robin Williams. She gave an amazing performance. In 1994,
Wright was in the blockbuster success Forrest Gump (1994), along with Tom
Hanks. In recognition of her performance as Jenny she earned her an nomination
for a Golden Globe Award. She was also given a tiny role in The Crossing Guard
(1995) with Jack Nicholson. After being rejected for 14 roles, she finally got
the title role in MGM/UA's Moll Flanders (1996). Pen Densham directed her and
Stockard Channing played the role. Alongside William Hurt, she was then in Erin
Dignam's Loved (1997).
